Sore or Stiff Muscles

To ease sore or stiff muscles, liberally apply arnica gel or cream.  Arnica can also be taken in the form of little homeopathic pills called Arnica Montana by Boiron.

I thought it was poisonous when digested?? We use it on all bumps and bruises around here.
